A New Beginning

Hello, and welcome to my little journal of becoming.

Not long ago, my life changed in ways I never could have imagined. After losing both of my parents in an accident, I found myself standing at a crossroads, carrying more grief than I knew what to do with. Somewhere along the way, I realized I needed something different. I needed movement. I needed adventure. I needed to discover what was waiting beyond the life I had always known.

Most of all, I needed to find a way to let go of some of the pain I carry with me.

So, with my camera, my dog Penny, and a heart full of questions, I set out to see where the road might lead.

And I’m so glad you’re here to come along for the ride.

Inside these pages, I’ll be sharing my adventures, thoughts, stories, and the fascinating people I meet along the way. Some entries may wander into deeper waters, some may simply capture a beautiful moment, and a few may be meant for readers 18 and older.

The truth is, I don’t really know what this journey will become yet.

But maybe that’s the beauty of it.
